By accessing or using the Bookker platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Bookker platform (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are the exclusive property of Bookker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bookker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
